2. Include your account email and reason for cancellation
3. We will process your refund request within 5 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

- Refunds are only available for first-time purchases
- Refund requests after the 7-day period will not be honored
- Any misuse of the service will void the refund eligibility
